Canada & USA:

Free shipping for all orders over $99 before tax.
Flat rate shipping $10 for orders under $99.

International:

We love to send our goods abroad!
Flat rate $25 for all international shipments.
International orders placed from outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to the duties and taxes of the customer's country of origin.

We ship via FedEx Express & Canada Post. Selection is based on your shipping address.
At time of purchase you may wish to upgrade to Express ($30) or Priority ($50) for faster shipping.

ANIÁN is responsible for all shipped goods up until the shipping company demonstrates receipt of goods.
Once the courier has accepted the package & scanned the goods, ANIÁN relinquishes all responsibility.
All international orders placed outside of Canada are only eligible for refunds/exchanges through our online portal. We are not able to accommodate international refunds in our retail locations at this time.

Insurance:

Your shipment can be insured for $15. Should a shipment be lost or stolen a reimbursement or replacement will be considered for insured shipments only.

Insurance is non-refundable after the order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. All goods must be unwashed, unworn and in same condition as received.
Items on sale are final sale & not eligible for returns (direct exchanges allowing while supplies last).
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
No extended discounts on previous purchases.
All socks are final sale & not eligible for returns.

One complimentary exchange per order. Should you require a second exchange shipping will be at your expense.

Canada & USA:

Flat rate return shipping fee of $15 for all returns.
This fee will be deducted from your return.

International:

Return Postage is your responsibility.

(Be advised it may take 3-5 business days for the return to be approved and up to 5 business days to process the return upon receipt of goods)

Please note:

1. Late exchanges will be declined or charged a $15 restocking fee.
2. Returns in poor condition are subject to a $15 cleaning fee.
